How many places on and around the DTM have been around for 30 years or more? You might be surprised!

Prompted by a story about Treasures Through Time closing on the Downtown Mall after 36 years, the DTM asked folks how many businesses/organizations on or around the Downtown Mall have been around for 30 years or more. At first, only a handful came to mind, but as we dug into this it was truly surprising how many places have been in our midst for three decades and beyond. Got any places to add?
